Why do we need the law of indemnity? We need it to separate from Satan. Unless you fulfill your portion of responsibility you cannot separate from Satan. I will say it again. Without this being completely fulfilled you will not be able to separate from Satan. Thus, all of you must go the way of indemnity. If I had not come to know about our portion of responsibility and the law of indemnity the Unification Church today would not be standing. From the viewpoint of God’s will God is not able to help us.
The Unification Church is unique because we have learned about the law of indemnity based on our portion of responsibility. The reason I have been suffering throughout my life is because of the way of indemnity. Why should I do this all my life? Why have I always had to spend time in prison and carry on working this way? It is because of the law of indemnity.
우리에게 왜 탕감 법이 필요하냐? 사탄을 분별하기 위해서입니다. 책임분담을 하지 않으면 사탄을 분별 못 합니다. 책임분담을 완수하지 않고는 사탄을 분별해 낼 수 없다는 겁니다. 그렇기 때문에 여러분은 탕감 길을 안 가면 안 됩니다. 선생님이 책임분담과 탕감 법을 몰랐으면 오늘 통일교회는 성립 안 되는 겁니다. 하나님의 뜻을 중심삼고 볼 때 하나님이 나를 협조할 수 없다는 겁니다.
통일교회가 특별한 것은 책임분담을 중심삼고 탕감 법을 알았기 때문입니다. 선생님이 생애를 걸고 고생하는 것은 탕감 길 때문입니다. 선생님이 일생 동안 왜 이 놀음을 하느냐? 언제나 감옥에 들어갔다 나오고, 왜 이 놀음을 하여야 되느냐? 그것은 탕감 법 때문입니다. 탕감 법 때문입니다.
